Pollera Krakau

Great position, around the corner from St. Florian's gate - 5 minutes from the Market Square and the railway and bus stations. A good breakfast with a wide selection of items. Very pleasant staff. I've marked the hotel down because of creaky floors in the bedrooms and , at least in 207, location of the light switch-I had to slide my hand behind the wardrobe (once I had found the switch)

Excellent staff and service. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have any AC, so it is best to visit when the weather is cool, which is what we did.

The Pollera Hotel is an older hotel, but it is in a good location. We could walk to all the sites in Krakow. We had a large room, but no air conditioning so it was a bit warm and stuffy. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Generally very good but the admin was slow to respond to my requests

Guest 19th June 2019

Comfortable, but a bit tired. Could do with a good paint. Central location. Very good staff. Breakfasts at the local café were limited.

We loved our corner room and even more grateful for the last fan in the building during the heat wave. 16 to 18 foot ceilings, beautiful flowers in the boxes and perfect location.

Loved the elegant charm of this hotel and the staff were wonderfully helpful.

Although the hotel is dated, it was very clean, Staff lovely, the service good - only downside was that even though we booked back in October 2017 requesting ALL to be double rooms, we only had 2! the rest were small twin rooms.

No fridge is a loss of quality

Anthony Kirby 2nd July 2017

Very good & essentially similar to the Saski Hotel although slightly more expensive

Guest 18th June 2017

The location is convenient, but this is a very tired, old hotel. The hallway lights were out. The room for breakfast was depressing. The smaller dining rooms were nicer and less in need is some serious TLC.

The location is great. The hotel needs some renovation.

Very comfortable and an excellent location. A fine traditional hotel

Front desk staff was amazing, most helpful I've ever encountered. Room was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Clean , good sized rooms - very convenient to main square!

Felt very European. I would stay at the Pollera again. Walking distance to everything.

Great location, serviceminded staff, clean and comfortable and a decent price. Definitively worth recommending to others.

The Pollera was ideal for us 7 ladies. It was central to all what we wanted to do, really spacious (we had triple rooms)and clean. May be looks a little 'tired'internally but good value for money. The staff were helpful too.

The location is great, however the hotel looks like run down and it was very expensive for what we paid. The plumbing system is old and needs renovation as well as the bedroom curtains, covers and so on. Could be great if remodeled. Also the breakfast was the poorest we got in Europe, even tough in Warsaw we were in an Ibis because of lack of options due to the Euro Cup and the service and breakfast was much better for almost 30% less.

Guest 2nd April 2012

Great location and very clean. The Hotel itself is quaint and the Staff were friendly. The oniy thing missing from the Room was tea/coffee making facilities

Joan Edelstein 13th August 2011

Good location and historic charm outweighed by very uncomfortable room and inadequate shower and sink water pressure. Narrow bed was poor, television had no English channels, and lighting was inadequate. Breakfast was acceptable. Desk personnel were helpful.

friendly people, clean bright rooms - loved the faded elegance

Guest 9th August 2010

We loved this hotel. We changed our plans and stayed an additional night. Great location, good service.

Guest 30th June 2010

Excellent location and staff very helpful. The decor is a little dated but the rooms were clean. Breakfast was plentiful but a little plain

Guest 17th April 2010

Pros: Really nice hotel with atmosphere, in a great place for reaching everything on foot and private and free parking is a benefit! Cons: Bit noisy with creaky floors, and staff could be more helpful with information.

Phil 25th March 2010

Great hotel, its location is it best selling point, cheap and clean and very friendly staff with a great breakfast.
