Amber Krakau

The hotel as "object" incl. its services simply good. Parking for check-in is not easy, but maybe it is not the fault of the hotel.

All of the staff were so friendly, accommodating and went out of there way to make sure the stay was memorable. We had a wonderful, quite, clean room and the breakfast included was wonderful. Internet speed was tremendous and water in room as promised. Beyond expectations!

My stay at your hotel was was most enjoyable and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when I'm again in Poland. The restrauant was excellent for breakfast, with plenty of food. The waiter was very friendly. Both ladies behind the reception desk were very professional and helpfull with suggesting places to visit, directions, arranging cabs etc. Overall a very good experience at the Hotel Amber

The Hotel Amber is an excellent place to stay in Krakow. The room was cheerfull, clean and everything worked perfectly. The staff both at the front desk and restrauant were excellent. The breakfast was very good and both ladies at the front desk were very helpfull on directing me to interesting sites in Krakow, arranging taxi's etc. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Krakow.

Our family was warmly greeted by the staff upon our arrival. They brought bottled juice and board games for the children. The beds were very comfortable with several pillows to choose from. There were even slippers in the bathroom. Fabulous hotel and great location. We only had 1 day and night in Krakow and staying there helped us to get the most out of the sights. Great hotel!

This hotel is in an excellent location for the city centre. The staff were always courteous, polite and very helpful. Not the biggest bedroom in the world but more than adequate. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was ample and quite a good selection. But where this hotel shone was that the staff were wonderful.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, had very helpful and welcoming staff, a good location with all the major sites within a short walk. But breakfast was dull and the hotel had little character.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. It represented value for money. Slight disappointment that ther hotel bar was not open after 9.00pm but no big deal really.
