dear freebooker, 3 to 4 months ago I attempted to book the Kossak with you but received no confirmation I emailed again a few days later requesting confirmation, again no reply so booked another hotel. Next I received an Email informing me I was being charged for not turning up. How do you think I feel about Freebookers?

Nice and welcoming, serviceminded staff. Nothing to complain about. Big , clean rooms. Lovely view over the Wawel Castle. A little walk from the Old Square, 6-8 minutes, but Taxis just outside if You don't want to walk.

There is nothing negative to say about the hotel. The rooms were really clean,beds comfy and bath/shower great. The breakfast was really good with a very varied selection of food. I was really impressed that they had gluten free bread. The staff were all very helpful and it was no problem booking a bus tour.In fact the coaches were parked just across the road. The situation was good. Just outside the main tourist area but only about a 10-15 minute walk away.

The Kossak was a brilliant surprise after about 5 different hotels in and around Germany and Poland during the month of June. With a very favourable cost compared to similar hotels, the accomodation was top nothing short of perfect both in the condition of the hotel rooms and facilities as well as the very capable staff who were most helpfull in a very busy time as a result of the Euro Cup. My compliments to the management and staff for all their good efforts.
