Excellent Location and really nice and tidy rooms. Hotel staff realy accomdating and willing to help. Let down was the breakie as it was limited choice but did the joob

The hotel's location is perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The car was parked for us safely - and greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was also just right for our needs. The room was comfortable and spacious (they might like to think of changing the mattresses soon). Breakfast was just what the doctor ordered ... variety and fresh. When were there is was a holiday so it was pretty quiet except for the nightclub nearby which didn't really disturb us as we were so tired but it could disturb some people. Overall, I'd give the Patio a big plus.

Good location, nice & clean though the room I had on the 2nd floor rather dark due to the huge church just in front of the house & small (think Parisian hotels) with a bizzare shower/loo/basin arrangement.
