Krolewski Gdansk

If you're looking for a hotel with character in Gdansk then put Krolewski at the top of your list. Situated right on the edge of the Motlawa river, the Krolewski occupies one of only thirty of the granaries (there were once three hundred) that were so important to Gdansk's economy of yore. Today, this towering riverside building has found a purpose more suiting to its grandeur and houses thirty of the best rooms in town. Elegantly decorated suites are worked into the intriguing architectural features, and they come with all the mod-cons a visitor needs - such as cable TV, internet access and mini-bar. In addition the Krolewski's restaurant has forged an excellent reputation and the hotel prides itself on its good service.

If the Krowlewski is three star then I would love to see a five star !! The staff were great, the food delicious and the location central.
